When do we stop learning?
When we leave school, college or Uni?
Maybe that seems the end of our “formal” education. However, we’re learning all the time.
The more you can become aware of that and work to increase the amount you learn, the better life can become.
We can learn better self-care, how to collaborate better, new factual information, new practical skills, the list is almost endless.
Clearly you can re-engage with formal education, but that’s not the only way to learn more.
Use the vast resources that are available to all of us. Whether you like to read, watch or listen there’s a wealth of ways to engage with learning.
If you find areas that interest you, you’ll be drawn to find out more. Get inspired by the feeling of “growing”. Expand your mind & the collection of things you know and can do.
Education is empowering. It’ll increase your sense of wellbeing, as you feel more competent to be in the world.
In the beginning you might surprise yourself be how good learning new things feels. As you do more, you’ll really embed the sense of expanding your abilities.
The more we can tackle ourselves, the more the world feels in our control. That will always feel good.
