It never fails to amaze (& sadden) me just how women’s contributions to life go unnoticed.
We still live in a time when misogyny is rife.
Where a great number of men seem to hugely underestimate just how important women are, in every aspect of life.
Men & women need to start to educate themselves & our children at just how critical women are to the running of the world.
We seem to get hung up on comparisons, who’s physically stronger, who’s “smarter”, who’s workload is more?
We don’t take the time to understand how to collaborate & complement one another. To add our skillsets together, rather than detract them & create conflict.
We need to ensure our healthcare & society work well for everyone, not just men.
“Man” is not the average human. There’s no such thing as an average human.
Let’s celebrate & encourage female achievement as much as we do men’s.
If everyone got to contribute equally we’d be able to achieve far more than we do now.
Take your time to embrace difference. Make sure you understand the contribution that the women in your life make.
Show your appreciation & see what you can do to work together to make all lives as good as they can be.
