Coronavirus
There’s no getting away from it at the moment.
It seems an appropriate moment to put some words together on how best to stay well in these difficult times.
It’s going to be a case of back to basics.
Currently we’re allowed to take a walk, as long as we’re not to close to others, so I suggest that’s a must. Even 15 mins will do you good, the longer the better however.
If you’re cooped up in a house or flat, make time and space for you. We all need our own time to think and just be, so ensure you find moments to check out. Even if that means closing your eyes and using headphones.
Clearly there are a number of diversions at home from books to video games, so keep your self entertained doing things you enjoy. You don’t need to just do housework and DIY.
Make sure you keep in contact with friends and family, luckily tech can assist us here. It’s vital to reduce the sense of isolation. Walking outside will also assist in this.
Finally, it’s tempting to drink more and stay up later, just watch another episode or movie. However, getting quality sleep still remains vital. Especially to overcome illness, so now is an ideal time to perfect your sleep.
Take care of you and those around you.
